One of the Peninsula’s oldest Victorian homes, the ten room, 2-level 3,393 square-foot Lathrop House was moved to make way for the construction of the new County Office Building.
Built in 1863 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP), the California Register of Historic Resources (CRHR), and designated by Redwood City as a historic landmark was moved from its current location of 627 Hamilton Street in Redwood City to 701 Hamilton Street, in Redwood City, CA May of 2020. Truebeck Construction and the Garavalia Architects assisted the County’s PDU team to execute the refresh and relocation of the historic Victorian home.
