1Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Any illness or injury a pet had prior to start of policy will be considered pre-existing.
Starting October 1, 2021, new coverage will be offered exclusively at the 70% and 50% reimbursement level for My Pet Protection. The 90% reimbursement option and My Pet Protection with Wellness plan are no longer available starting October 1. Any current policyholder who already has a 90% coverage and/or Wellness policy can maintain that coverage for as long as the policy is in-force.

Policy rates are guaranteed for one year from policy effective date, no mid-term rate changes.
